stagelinera operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Course A stage production platform, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and stagelinera under UK law. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in the United Kingdom to use this platform. The service is intended for professional and educational purposes related to stage production planning, including set layout design, camera positioning, lighting route mapping, sound cue sequencing, and organised show workflows. You may access the platform only for lawful activities that support these production elements. Commercial use is permitted solely in accordance with these terms and any subscription agreement in place.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the platform to upload, share or promote illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the technical operation of the service. Prohibited actions include attempting to reverse engineer the software, distributing malware, harassing other users, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any production. Any attempt to disrupt workflows for set layout, camera positions, lighting routes or sound cues through unauthorised means will result in immediate suspension.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Creating an account is required for full access to production tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any content you submit, such as custom set layouts, camera position diagrams, lighting route plans, sound cue lists or workflow documents, remains your property, but you grant stagelinera a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of delivering the service. You must ensure all submitted material complies with applicable UK laws on data protection and intellectual property.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All original content on the platform, including templates for production planning, interface designs and documentation, is owned by stagelinera or its licensors. Trademarks associated with the Course A platform may not be used without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own stage productions. Copying, modifying or redistributing any part of the platform outside permitted workflows is strictly prohibited.

Third-party services and links

The platform may integrate or reference third-party tools for tasks such as video rendering or audio processing. stagelinera does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms. No liability is accepted for losses arising from reliance on external providers.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

stagelinera aims to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, suspended or discontinued at any time for maintenance, legal compliance or commercial reasons. Accounts may be terminated for breach of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to production data will cease, although retained copies may be kept where required by law.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. While every effort is made to ensure tools for set layout, camera positions, lighting routes, sound cues and workflows function correctly, stagelinera makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular production. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the above, stagelinera will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or production opportunities arising from use of the platform. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stagelinera, its officers and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your submitted content or your use of production planning tools in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise. UK residents retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may seek redress through alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
